  • You’ll be invited to schedule a free 30-minute Discovery Call with our founder to get answered all of your questions regarding project scope, payment plans, schedule, etc. If you’d rather skip the call, we’ll be happy to confirm these details with you via email or DM, from which we’ll draw your contract. Once your contract is signed and deposit paid, your project will officially land on our calendar and we’ll begin your client onboarding process.

  • Upon signing your contract, we’ll charge an initial invoice due upon receipt to secure your place on our project calendar. This first payment can either be made to cover the whole project upfront and in-full, in which case you’ll save 5% of your total investment, or can be an equal portion of either two or three monthly installments.

    Pause Policy: If you need to pause or reschedule your project, you’ll be charged an extra 10% of your total project investment. We plan and schedule projects according to our capacity, so rescheduling a project can interfere with other upcoming work.

    Late Fees: If for any reason, you do not make a payment on time, you will be charged an extra 10% of that invoice’s total for each month the payment is late.

  • We’ll spend significant time on the front end of your project getting to know you, your brand’s unique value, and your business’ individual needs through a strategically crafted onboarding questionnaire.

    In order to keep your project on schedule, we require that all client homework (including imagery submission) be completed by the deadline assigned. So, please take special note of all instructions sent via email.

    If you are not able to complete your homework on time, we will have to extend the timeline of your project, and you will be charged a rescheduling fee.

  • At the start of your project, expect to receive an email containing specific schedule details.

    During your project, there will be 0 pressure to be heavily involved during the workday! We conduct our processes via video presentations and digital feedback forms in order that your project fit conveniently into your busy schedule.

    In general, please plan to make time for reviewing items and offering feedback within 24-48 hours, depending on project type.

    Work made necessary beyond the contracted project schedule either by late responses or edits requested outside of the original contract scope will require an hourly fee.

  • Squarespace requires a monthly fee upon launching your website, and our projects necessitate at least the Business plan.

    Shopify templates require a one-time purchase made directly from Shopify, typically between $100-300, and then require a monthly fee upon launching your website. Our projects necessitate at least the Basic plan.

    You may be interested in purchasing incorporated fonts, but doing so isn’t necessary.

  • Sela Vie services include site design as well as access to a curated library of resources that will help you proficiently set up and manage your store. Our responsibilities do not include technical troubleshooting post-launch unless you contract maintenance services with us.
